RACE FUEL RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or products that are no longer wanted. All purchases made through RaceFuelGame.com are subject to this policy, except where otherwise required by law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your Race Fuel game arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery using the form below or by emailing contact@racefuelgame.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. After reviewing the information, we will work with you to make it right, typically by sending a replacement at no additional cost. We may request additional photos or information before approving a replacement.

MISSING OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived, please contact us so we can review the tracking information, shipping address, and delivery details.

If tracking shows that the package was delivered, we may ask you to check around the delivery location, contact members of your household or neighbors, and allow up to three additional business days for the package to arrive.

If the shipment is determined to be lost in transit or another delivery problem occurred, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution. This may include sending a replacement at no additional cost. Missing-package requests are reviewed individually based on the tracking information and circumstances of the delivery.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES AND RETURNED PACKAGES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because the package was refused or unclaimed, we will contact the customer to confirm the address. The customer may be responsible for the cost of shipping the order again. We will obtain approval and payment before reshipping the package.

ORDERS PLACED THROUGH OTHER MARKETPLACES
Purchases made through Amazon, TikTok Shop, or another third-party marketplace are subject to that marketplace’s applicable return and refund policies. Please request assistance through the marketplace where the order was placed.
